Brice arrived in the United States in the summer of 1998, working with Ashley's Soccer Camps, Montclair NJ.  It was from there that he discovered the growing youth soccer market and its need for energetic and technical instructors.  After two years working and learning the US system, Brice and colleague Mick Smith created Far Post Soccer in central NJ, with the aim to develop players and give them the necessary technical skills to play at elite levels.  While coaching in NJ for 12 years he was fortunate enough to guide two youth players into the Women's US National Teamand assist many others to fulfill their potential of playing Division 1 college soccer.

In 2009 Brice relocated to Florida to take on the position of Director of Coaching with Indian River Soccer Academy.
